Marshmallow Fluff Recipe

I don't know about you but I am a huge fan of marshmallows. We've been wanting to try this for a while! This recipe is super easy and really tasty. You can serve it on a graham cracker or in other recipes like our S'more Mocha Frapp. We've even made S'mores with it!

Ingredients:
4-6 Free Range Egg Whites
1 1/2 Cup Raw Sugar
1 Cup Organic Honey
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla (want to make your own? Try our recipe HERE)

Directions:
Stir honey, sugar, water, and salt in a pan over high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until it reaches 240F. Place cream of tartar and egg whites in an electric mixer and beat into soft peaks on medium speed. Reduce speed to low and drizzle 2 tablespoons of the syrup into the egg mixture. Slowly drizzle in the rest of the syrup. Increase speed to medium-high and whip for about 7 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
