Organic Molasses Spice Cookies

Who is ready for pumpkin spice, colorful leaves, cool temps, and pumpkins? We have the perfect thing to kick off those amazing fall flavors we all love. These cookies are soft on the inside and crispy around the edges. With all the spicy flavors of fall swirling with molasses, if these don't say autumn I don't know what will. 

Fall cookie recipe

3/4 Cups Grass-fed Butter
1 Cup Raw Sugar
1 Free Range Egg
1/4 Cup Molasses
2 1/4 Cup Organic All Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
1 Teaspoon Organic Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Organic Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Apple Pie Spice
1/8 Teaspoon Pumpkin Spice

Fall cookie recipe

Mix butter, sugar, egg, and molasses in an electric mixer. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, apple pie spice, and pumpkin spice. Chill dough. Preheat oven to 375. Pinch off quarter size pieces of dough and roll into a circle. Flatten and dip into sugar. Place on a silicone baking mat, and drip 2-3 drops of water on each cookie. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
