Fruity Hot Oatmeal

1 3/4 cup of apple juice
1 cup of old fashioned oats
1 apple chopped
1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

Boil the juice and add your fruit and oats to it.  Cook for 5 minutes stirring.  Add cinnamon.

Spoon into bowls and serve hot.
