YOU. ARE. MINE.
You don't belong to them, you aren't theirs to trample- you're mine. My handiwork. My precious creation. Handmade, molded, beautiful. You are my treasure, my work of art. You are my uncut diamond. Where others may skip over I see potential. I see amazing beauty.
Even Joseph spent time in a dungeon. Even Joseph was abandoned, trampled on and neglected. Forgotten by his fellow man, but not His heavenly father.
If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. Psalms 139:8-10
You may feel like you have been forgotten in the dungeon- but He hasn't forgotten you. No more than a painter could forget his works of art.
