Organic Bunny Rolls




Dough Ingredients:
1 Cup Organic Sour Cream 
2 Tablespoons Grass-Fed Butter 
1/4 Cup Spring Water
1 Free Range Egg
2 1/2 Cups Organic All Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Raw Sugar 
2 1/4 Teaspoons Yeast 
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt


Glaze Ingredients: 

1 Tablespoon Grass Fed Butter
1 Tablespoon Honey

Peppercorns



Directions: 

Melt butter in a saucepan with sour cream and water, do not let it get hot. Cool, and add the rest of the ingredients. Place the dough into the mixer and blend until smooth and elastic like. Let rise until double in size or for an hour. Divide into 16 pieces. Line a baking sheet with baking paper or a silicone mat like this one. Slice ears and smooth edges. Use peppercorns for eyes. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Pop out the peppercorns and serve.
