Cornbread Recipe

1 Cup Organic Flour
1 Cup Organic Cornmeal
1/4 Cup Organic Refined Coconut Oil or Olive Oil
2 Pasture Raised Eggs
4 Teaspoons Non- Aluminum Baking Powder
1 Cup Organic Milk
3/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Raw Sugar (If you like yours sweet like we do just add sugar to taste)

Stir together in a medium size bowl, flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, milk and oil. Beat until smooth and pour out into a casserole pan. Or you can use a small cake pan like we did, or you can pour the batter into individual muffin pans. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Use a tooth pick to make sure the center is cooked through and serve.
