Mr. Cottage's birthday is at the end of this week, and there is nothing he loves more than brownies - except maybe penguins-. These babies are truly amazing, rich, dark and handsome. Seriously they taste as good as they look.

Brownies:
1 1/2 Cups Organic Flour2 Teaspoon Aluminum Free Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Grass-fed Butter
1 1/4 Cups Raw Sugar
2 Free Range Eggs
9 Tablespoons Carob Powder or Cocoa Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Organic Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Himilian Sea Salt
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter until fluffy in an electric mixer (about 30 seconds) and add sugar beat again. Add eggs, vanilla, and chocolate. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk while beating mixture on low. Pour batter into a greased pan, bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven.

Frosting:
3 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter6 Tablespoons Carob Powder or Cocoa Powder (or 2 squares of chocolate)
1/4 Cup Organic Milk
3 Cups Powdered Sugar
Heat and stir until combined, stir in powdered sugar. Drizzle over brownies.
