You guys I think this is the 3rd time I've redecorated this mantel. We saw this amazing mantel on Pinterest with a pumpkin painting above the fireplace, feeling a bit creative we decided to try to paint one. It just so happened we had some old pallet wood laying around from another project, after some sweat, nails and bit of time we had our "canvass" prepared so in it came for some paint. We'll post a tutorial soon!
This look is a bit darker than the last two, we did it reminds of later in the season when everything is crunchy and brown.
The galvanized banner tones go so well with our pumpkin pallet! Ok ok, I love it with or without the pumpkin! They are terrific and add that farmhouse touch to whatever we are decorating.
We went with a hodgepodge of white and green pumpkins from a local Amish community in front of our fireplace with this adorable white antique trunk. We also added this adorable sign we picked up at Hobby Lobby for a pop of color.
We alternately placed tarnished silver candlesticks and green pumpkins across the front of the mantel and a strang of cotton garland.
On either end of the mantel, we placed neutral toned butter churn and coco dispenser filled with cotton and hydrangeas
