September is upon us, but our growing season isn't over yet. Tomatoes are coming in plentifully and our sunflowers are in full bloom.
If you been following our garden updates (May, June, August) you've seen it each month and all the new things going in. We're getting ready to start our fall crops to take the place of some of our summer plants that have died back.
We added a third arbor to this end of our garden for our Minnesota Midget melon plants, you can see the cantelope on the other end are still going strong and our mammoth sunflowers are blooming. I love coming down in the morning and seeing them with the sunlight coming through the petals. These arbors also work wonderfully for them! Tutorial coming soon.

You can see what they look like when they aren't buried in tomato HERE.

Our green beans are beginning to die back, but we are still getting a few green beans.
