This is a delicious recipe perfect for the end of summer festivities! Loaded with amazing flavors and easy to make. Loaded with yummy Teriyaki chicken, rice, and veggies.
Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients:
2 Cups Shredded Chicken
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Cup Water
5 Teaspoons Raw Sugar
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
1/4 Cup Fish Sauce
2 Tablespoons Arrow Root Powder
1/4 Cup Cold Water
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
1/4 Cup Fish Sauce
2 Tablespoons Arrow Root Powder
1/4 Cup Cold Water
Directions:
Combine 1 cup water, fish sauce, sugar, honey, ginger, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook about 1 minute. Meanwhile, mix arrow root and cold water together in a cup; stir until dissolved. Add to the saucepan, cook 5-7 minutes stirring frequently until thickened. Pour over shredded chicken.
Rice
Ingredients:
Oil
1 Cup Rice
2 Cup Broth or Water
1 Cup Rice
2 Cup Broth or Water
Directions:
Put oil in the bottom of a pan, brown rice in oil until golden add liquid and cook for 25 minutes.

Veggies:
Cook frozen mixed vegetables in boiling water until done, drain and season.
To Finish:
Slice pineapple in half and hollow out. Place rice in one third, veggies (add a touch of butter) in another and chicken in another.
