Sunflower Java Chocolate Cupcakes

We stumbled on these adorable sunflower backing cups at Walmart the other day and just HAD to get them! Aren't they cute? And of course, the perfect thing to go in them was our favorite chocolate cupcake batter! This recipe is super easy and SOOOOOO amazing tasting. Even people who aren't a fan of chocolate or coffee love these. They are super moist and not too sweet. The icing- oh the icing! I could seriously eat this stuff with a spoon. It is the most amazing stuff you have ever tasted! Not sickeningly sweet but oh so good!

  1. These look so good. I'll have to see if I can find the cups at our Walmart this morning. My youngest loves sunflowers. Have a blessed day!
