Beneath The Surface Book Review

We've gone from 80 degrees to snow in one week (which is unheard of in April in Tennesse), one thing this weather creates (besides tornadoes) is lots of reading time! We just finished this awesome book called Beneath The Surface book 1 in the Dive Team Investigations Series.

After a narrow escape from an obsessed patient oncology, nurse practitioner Leigh Weston moved back to her childhood home for a fresh start leaving her nightmares far behind her- at least that's what she thinks until someone tampers with her breaks her life turns upside down again. She reaches out to an old high school friend turned homicide investigator Ryan Parker for help.

Ryan's loves his job, but his favorite way to use his skills is as an underwater investigator. When the team discovers the body of a wealthy businessman in the lake behind Leigh's house the investigations uncover a possible serial killer one that seems to be connected to Leigh Weston.
