These guys are also great to plant together to save space, I can't tell you how much that strip of space between my bean arbors and cucumber plants drives me crazy. It's the perfect space for something, but what?

Instead of wasting the space just put these shorter plants up the middle. Bye, bye wasted space hello salad garden! This is awesome if you don't have a whole lot of room, but still want fresh produce in your backyard, because let's face it- It's always better when you grow it yourself!
